By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the game and the Company’s business. 8. Blockchain Integration and Marketplace Transactions
   Pew Pew Royale is integrated with the Solana blockchain. Transactions for purchasing items in the game’s marketplace will be conducted using the $CANE token.    • The value of $CANE tokens can fluctuate, and the Company is not responsible for any loss in value.
   • You are solely responsible for any risks associated with blockchain transactions, including but not limited to transaction failures, security breaches, and loss of tokens.
   • The Company does not provide refunds or compensation for any losses incurred during blockchain transactions.
9. Termination
   The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the game. Upon termination, your right to use the game will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the game’s website.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the game.
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the game.
    • Any content obtained from the game.
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the game or the information, content, materials, or products included on the game. You expressly agree that your use of the game is at your sole risk.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, NY without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
